Marketa Trimble (Law) delivered a presentation for the International Dimension of Intellectual Property Disputes conference. She presented on her article The Territorial Discrepancy Between Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Claims and Remedies. Trimble is the Samuel S. Lionel Professor of Intellectual Property Law.
