Professor Jeff Stempel (Law) participated in a panel as part of the Transatlantic Lectures on Insurance Law series sponsored by the European Law Institute Insurance Group. The panel was on "Fissures and Fault Lines in U.S. Insurance Law: The Impact of Dual Systems and Multiple Forums Creating Divergent Outcomes."
Professor Benjamin Edwards (Law) co-authored an op-ed, "Long overdue, FINRA's expungement reforms are still inadequate," for Financial Planning, which argues that reforms to the FINRA process for expunging complaints against brokers will not work.
