Dieu-My T. Tran and Angela Sojobi (both Nursing) co-authored a new publication "Review of the Scientific Literature on Young Adults Related to Cardiovascular Disease Intervention." Sojobi is a graduate student.
Kristen Grunerud (Nursing) earned her doctoral status after successfully defending her doctor of nursing practice (DNP) project. Her project was titled, ""An Intervention to Increase Nurses鈥 Knowledge of Non-Opioid Pain Management in Post-Operative Elective Knee and Hip Replacement Patients".
Jay J. Shen, Sfurti Rathi, Kalyn Frost (Healthcare), Catherine Dingley (Nursing), Ji Won Yoo (Medicine), and Soo Kyong Kim (Journalism & Media Studies), along Hee-Taik Kang, a past visiting scholar in the School of Public Health, published a study on "Sociocultural Factors Associated with Awareness of Palliative Care and Advanced鈥

Amy Glasofer, Catherine Dingley, and Andrew Thomas Reyes (all Nursing) published an article, 鈥淢edication Decision Making Among African American Caregivers of Children with ADHD: A Review of the Literature鈥 in the Journal of Attention Disorders. The article was published online in June ahead of print. Glasofer is a doctoral student.
