The ÐÔÊӽ紫ý Performing Arts Center presents Duo Siqueira Lima - Uruguayan Cecilia Siqueira and Brazilian Fernando Lima - at 8 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 15, in the Doc Rando Recital Hall as part of Allegro Guitar Series at ÐÔÊӽ紫ý. Outstanding classical guitarists in their own right, this stunning duo plays with "virtuosity, style, and elegance" (Fort Worth Star-Telegram).
Duo Siqueira Lima formed in 2003 after they tied for first place as soloists in the International Guitar Competition II PRO MUSICA/SESC in southern Brazil. Since then, they have quickly become one of Brazil's most acclaimed guitar duos, winning critical praise from around the world. The pair has performed at numerous venues and festivals throughout Europe and South America. They are noted for their wide and eclectic repertoire, which includes compositions from the Baroque period to diverse contemporary Brazilian musical pieces.
Tickets
Tickets to Duo Siqueira Lima are $40 and can be purchased in-person, on the phone or online through the , 895-ARTS (2787).
Student rush tickets are $13 each (not inclusive of the facilities fee), and available one hour prior to each event, based on availability and with valid student I.D. ÐÔÊӽ紫ý faculty and staff discounts also are available. A $1.50 facilities fee, in addition to the ticket price, is charged on all Performing Arts Center tickets.
The box office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.

ÐÔÊӽ紫ý the PAC
Founded in 1976, the Performing Arts Center at ÐÔÊӽ紫ý is Southern Nevada's original performing arts venue, celebrating nearly 40 years of arts in Las Vegas. Located on the north end of the ÐÔÊӽ紫ý campus, the PAC hosts a variety of performances and is home to the Charles Vanda Master Series.
At the ÐÔÊӽ紫ý PAC, Southern Nevadans can enjoy the arts nearly every day of the year. The Performing Arts Center is home to productions presented by the and the ÐÔÊӽ紫ý and departments, the Desert Chorale, and the Southern Nevada Musical Arts Society.
