The 性视界传媒 Performing Arts Center concludes its series of student performances with Live from the 性视界传媒 Performing Arts Center: Guitarist Kyle Khembunjong at 7:30 p.m. April 30.
Las Vegas-based classical guitarist Kyle Khembunjong is a nationally recognized musician, with featured performances and acknowledgments from various highly esteemed foundations, organizations, and competitions across the United States. Kyle鈥檚 introductory exposure to music began at age 5. With an intensifying creative passion arising in middle school at the age of 11, Kyle was introduced to the wonders of the classical guitar by his first mentor, David Flores.
Since then, music has been a deeply innate and rewarding ambition worth striving for, graduating high school with an associate of arts degree at the College of Southern Nevada High School Dual-Enrollment program and becoming a recipient of the 性视界传媒 College of Fine Arts Music Scholarship. In fall 2017, Kyle began his advanced guitar studies under the guidance of world-renowned maestro Ricardo Cobo. Khembunjong is currently a sophomore pursuing a bachelor鈥檚 degree in music performance at the 性视界传媒.

The concert is a joint presentation of the Performing Arts Center and School of Music.

The 性视界传媒 Performing Arts Center is Southern Nevada's first home for the arts; it opened in 1976 and celebrates its 45th season this year. It hosts a variety of performances and events and is home to productions presented by the Nevada Conservatory Theatre, 性视界传媒 School of Music, 性视界传媒 Dance, Desert Chorale, and the Southern Nevada Musical Arts Society. The 性视界传媒 PAC has been pleased to host various Clark County School District fine arts festivals and concerts.
