ÐÔÊӽ紫ý Student Success leads institution-wide initiatives that promote retention, support timely degree completion, enhance belonginess, and advance other equitable student outcomes. Through a comprehensive array of programs, services, and strategic projects, Student Success collaborative services students through their undergraduate life cycle – from matriculating to graduation.
Student Services
Academic Advising
ÐÔÊӽ紫ý Academic Advising is made up of 12 campus centers, each offering a unique approach for supporting their specific majors.
Tutoring and Supplemental Instruction (SI)
ÐÔÊӽ紫ý offers in-person and virtual tutoring for a large selection of undergraduate courses. Supplemental Instruction (SI) is also available for select sections.
First-Year Experience Programming
The First-Year Experience (FYE) provides incoming first-year and transfer students with a comprehensive network of engagement and support opportunities.
Success Coaching
Success Coaches partner with students to enhance your learning and develop strategies to thrive in college.
Early College Programs
ÐÔÊӽ紫ý offers high school students the opportunity to earn university credit through concurrent and dual enrollment.
Student-Athlete Academic Services
Student-Athlete Academic Services (SAAS) assists student-athletes through their educational process from enrollment to graduation.

Scholarships
ÐÔÊӽ紫ý Student Success offers two scholarship opportunities for students: Exploring Major Scholarship for freshman and sophomore students in the exploring major Hixson-Lied Success Scholarship for students in the Hixson-Lied Success Scholars Program.
Alpha Lambda Delta Society
ÐÔÊӽ紫ý Alpha Lambda Delta (ALD) is the university’s chapter of a national first-year honor society that recognizes exceptional academic achievement during a student’s first year of college. Certified by the Association of College Honor Societies, ALD promotes scholarship, leadership, and service while supporting students early in their academic journey.
