Serena Scalzi is an Instructional Designer in the Office of Online Education. She holds an M.Ed. in curriculum and instruction with an emphasis in educational technology from the ÐÔÊӽ紫ý and a B.S. in business with an emphasis in marketing and international business from Indiana University. She also holds a graduate certificate in online teaching and training from ÐÔÊӽ紫ý, a certificate in full stack engineering from PunchCode, and a certificate in computer graphics design from Otis College of Art and Design. In addition to being an ISTE Certified Educator, an Adobe Creative Educator, and an ambassador for H5P and Wakelet, Serena is a proud member of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. She is passionate about educational technology, as she believes that education is technology’s highest and best use. Her research focuses on the intersection of education, technology, and creativity.
