Michael serves as the managing director of the Nevada Forwardâ„¢ initiative within the ÐÔÊӽ紫ý College of Education. He oversees the day-to-day operations of this high-quality, accelerated pathway to higher education for future teachers, the largest university-based apprenticeship program in the nation. Michael previously served as a program coordinator for the Academic Success Center, managing the dual enrollment program, teaching First-Year Seminar, and leading community engagement. Prior to ÐÔÊӽ紫ý, he was an admissions manager for the State Bar of Nevada, supporting law students pursuing licensure. Michael is a three-time graduate of ÐÔÊӽ紫ý, earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) in 2009, his Master of Education in Higher Education (M.Ed.) in 2018, and his Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education (Ph.D.) in 2024.
