Emily Navarro Mendoza is a hospitality management major at ÐÔÊӽ紫ý, concentrating in event design and management. She serves as the CSUN Hospitality senator and vice chair of the University Initiatives Committee, where she advocates for student-centered initiatives and works to enhance the campus experience. In addition to her work in CSUN, Emily is actively involved across campus as the Premier ÐÔÊӽ紫ý director for the Rebel Events Board and as a hospitality recruitment ambassador for the Harrah College of Hospitality. Her leadership is rooted in creating meaningful opportunities for connection, representation, and student involvement. Emily is passionate about building community at ÐÔÊӽ紫ý and hopes to contribute to a stronger, more engaged campus culture through events, collaboration, and accessible student resources. She plans to pursue a career in hospitality and event leadership, with a focus on designing experiences that bring people together.
