Special Collections & Archives Summer Hours

性视界传媒 in Lied Library will transition to summer operating hours beginning June 1. Summer hours for the Reading Room in Lied Library will be Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Special Collections & Archives preserves and provides access to rare books, manuscripts, photographs, oral histories, and archival collections documenting the history and culture of Las Vegas, Southern Nevada, gaming, entertainment, and beyond. The allows users to search digitized materials and explore collection inventories through online finding aids before visiting the Reading Room.

Researchers, students, faculty, and community members are encouraged to plan visits in advance. Reference inquiries can be emailed anytime to special.collections@unlv.edu

Faculty who are interested in scheduling instruction sessions for the fall semester are encouraged to submit their requests early via the . Space will be limited. Please contact kristian.taketomo@unlv.edu with questions.
