Register for the Fall 2026 Management Training Academy (MTA)

Human Resources invites current and aspiring managers to join the Fall 2026 Management Training Academy (MTA) cohort. This nine-week program equips participants with essential knowledge and effective management skills to enhance work quality, productivity, morale, and engagement.

MTA is presented through a blended learning approach that includes live in-person and virtual seminars, interactive exercises, educational videos, and online coursework. Upon completion, managers, and supervisors will have a robust foundation to drive team success.

Completion of MTA remains a prerequisite for Leadership Pathways and Coaching Essentials.
