Please note that all priority forms will be closed from March 28, 2026 to April 5, 2026 for processing time. The forms will reopen on April 6, 2026 for all groups.

If you do not already have an Everyday User account, please request an account here: . Please note that if you are representing an RSO, you will need to be listed as your organization鈥檚 scheduling liaison in the to receive your account credentials.
Please note that submitting your reservation during Priority Scheduling increases the likelihood of reserving the dates/spaces requested, but does not guarantee them, as we will be reviewing for adequate flip times between reservations. Additional correspondence will take place if dates/spaces are not available and alternatives may need to be discussed.
