ÐÔÊӽ紫ý-2026-72 Research Study
A research study to better understand how administrative faculty within the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) experience organizational culture, leadership, recognition, professional development, career progression, and retention. This study is part of a doctoral dissertation in the ÐÔÊӽ紫ý College of Education.
For the purposes of this study, administrative faculty refers to non-instructional professional roles such as directors (assistant/associate), coordinators, program managers, specialists, analysts, and related positions.
Eligibility
You may be eligible to participate if you:
- Hold a full-time administrative faculty appointment within an NSHE institution
- Have at least one year of experience in your administrative faculty role
- Are 18 years of age or older
Administrative faculty refers to non-instructional professional roles such as directors (assistant/associate), coordinators, program managers, specialists, and analysts.
Study Procedures
Participation involves:
- One 60–90 minute interview
- Conducted via Zoom (or in-person at a mutually agreed location)
- Audio-recorded with your permission for research analysis
There is no compensation for participation.
Participation is voluntary. You may decline or withdraw at any time without penalty.
