Bi-weekly Faculty and Staff Yoga Class at the SRWC April 21 & May 5

RebelWELL is having two more Yoga classes this semester. Take a mindful mid-day break with our 30-minute lunchtime yoga series, designed specifically for ÐÔÊӽ紫ý faculty and staff. These sessions offer a refreshing blend of gentle movement, stretching, and breathwork to help you reset, reduce stress, and return to your day with renewed focus and energy. No experience is necessary. Just wear comfortable clothing and come as you are!
