Congratulations to Francine Flores for receiving the Administrative Faculty of the Month Award for April 2026. Flores serves as the research and grant coordinator within the School of Dental Medicine.
Her nominators wrote:
鈥淚n the absence of an administrative assistant for the Department of Biomedical Sciences, Ms. Flores spent at least two years providing support for both research and biomedical sciences in the School of Dental Medicine. Most recently, while the department鈥檚 administrative assistant was on maternity leave, she stepped in to provide additional support. She also took a leading role in managing the SDM Faculty Loan Repayment Grant from HRSA under three different principal investigators. She kept the program afloat by maintaining communication with the federal program officer and ensuring the timely filing of required reports. Equally significant was the role she assumed in ensuring the federal grant for the Advanced Needs Clinic met its obligations. Many details tied to the grant had gone unattended for nearly two years, and without her intervention, the school may have lost the funding.鈥
The Administrative Faculty of the Month award recognizes outstanding colleagues who go above and beyond in their duties in advancing 性视界传媒鈥檚 mission. The winning recipient receives a certificate and $150 in recognition of their contributions. .
