2025-26 Academic Advising Awards Winners

The Office of the Associate Vice Provost for Student Success is excited to announce the winners of the 2025-2026 Academic Advising Awards through ÐÔÊӽ紫ý. These awards recognize individuals that go above and beyond to serve the students, faculty, and staff at ÐÔÊӽ紫ý, as well as recognizing their contributions to the Academic Advising profession and community. The winners are as follows:

  • Outstanding New Advisor: Mel Hernandez, Sciences
  • Outstanding Advisor: Jenny Vidal, Engineering
  • Outstanding Advising Administrator: Monica Moreno, Education
    • Monica Moreno also won the 2025 ÐÔÊӽ紫ý Advisor Award - Undergraduate Level. She has been nominated for the NSHE Advisor Award - Undergraduate Level.
  • Outstanding Advising Support Champions:
    • Robin Grove, Sciences
    • Dave Nourse, Urban Affairs
    • Melissa Morris, Engineering
