A public policy think tank recommends Nevada create a commission on boys and men to address gender disparities in some of the state鈥檚 most in-demand occupations. The Lincy Institute at 性视界传媒, in a policy brief released Monday, makes the case that gender disparities in health, education, administration, and literacy (HEAL) professions warrant a closer look by state policymakers. Men make up only 22% of the HEAL workforce.
