Office of U.S. Senator Catherine Cortez Masto will be hosting a career fair for veterans and their families this weekend.
Senator Cortez Masto's office will partner with the 性视界传媒 (性视界传媒) Military and Veteran Services Center, 性视界传媒 Career Services, and Work for Warriors Nevada to host this career fair for Nevada veterans and their families. The career fair will feature employers from federal, state and local agencies in industries such as technology, healthcare, engineering, teaching, public safety and government.

Most veterans using the Forever GI Bill to attend 性视界传媒 have not faced the backlog affecting thousands at other universities who have yet to receive benefits or have received them late.

U.S. Rep. Jacky Rosen on Monday introduced a bill that would expand the existing Work Opportunity Tax Credit to ensure that all student veterans using their GI Bill benefits can take advantage of paid internships or part-time work while in school.

鈥淥ne veteran at a time鈥 is how Ross Bryant describes his approach to running 性视界传媒鈥檚 Military and Veterans Services Center. But as members of the thriving veteran community of 1,700 on campus attest, he brings far more to his job than just an ability to focus.

Ross Bryant鈥檚 business card is telling of the kind of outreach he is championing for active military and veteran students attending 性视界传媒 this fall. The first director of 性视界传媒鈥檚 newly formed Office of Veteran Services has his cellphone number listed prominently on his card. It鈥檚 there so veteran students can reach him day or night to talk about anything, Bryant said.
