Legal Issues for Nevada Businesses will benefit those thinking about starting their own business as well as seasoned entrepreneurs. The event will feature complimentary breakfast; networking opportunities; a keynote presentation titled 鈥淵our Guide to Nevada鈥檚 New Business Licensing and Tax Laws鈥 and delivered by local attorney Gina Bongiovi; and roundtable discussions led by local attorneys. Roundtable topics will include: employment law (hiring and firing), trademark and copyright law, entity formation, local licensing, and independent contractor vs. employee classification.
