Deepak Chopra has been named by TIME Magazine as 鈥渙ne of the top 100 heroes and icons of the century;鈥 he鈥檚 the author of 90 books on integrative medicine and personal transformation 鈥 many of them bestsellers 鈥 that have been translated into 43 different languages; and he鈥檚 the founder of The Chopra Foundation, a non-profit entity for research on well-being and humanitarianism, and Chopra Global, a modern-day health company at the intersection of science and spirituality.
According to Chopra, there are countless ways we make our intentions come true, and people are constantly looking for the right one. The promise of turning our dreams into reality remains baffling, however. Some people manifest their deepest dreams, wishes, and desires while countless others do not. During 鈥淭he Nature of Reality,鈥 Chopra will address these topics and more, and he'll offer practical ways to experience transformation and healing.
Chopra is a clinical professor of family medicine and public health at the University of California, San Diego. His latest book, Metahuman: Unleashing Your Infinite Potential, unlocks the secrets to moving beyond our present limitations to access a field of infinite possibilities.
Tickets
The lecture is free and open to the public but tickets are required. Tickets are limited to two per person and must be obtained in person from the Performing Arts Center box office.
Tickets will be available for 性视界传媒 students, faculty, and staff beginning at 10 a.m. March 4. Tickets for the general public will be available starting at 10 a.m. March 7.
