The poll from the University of Nevada Las Vegas鈥檚 Cannabis Policy Institute (CPI) asked a wide range of questions to gauge public opinion on the relationship between the cannabis and gaming industries. The results are meant to inform a report to state lawmakers that鈥檚 due next year.

According to a nationwide poll conducted by the Cannabis Policy Institute at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, roughly 70% of people surveyed said they favor a casino-resort having a cannabis smoking lounge or a designated area for consumption.
