- Classified employee at 性视界传媒 (either full time, part time or intermittent status)
- Must have been employed at 性视界传媒 for at least 90 days
- Must not have won the award within the most previous 12 months
- Must not have been formally disciplined within the past 12 months

Since receiving the award, the administrative assistant III has transferred to the admissions office. Her duties involve assisting students and parents with various aspects of the admissions process, including SOAR. A 21-year employee, she also has worked for 性视界传媒 Libraries.

An administrative assistant II, Bredlau has worked at the university for 25 years. She began in the purchasing department, transferring to English in 1988. Her duties involve greeting and helping students with registration issues, handling graduation applications, and backing up other members of the office staff.
