Louis Kavouras (Dance) and Katherine Duke, a Hawkins dance representative, performed "Early Floating," a modern dance classic choreographed by famed choreographer Erick Hawkins in 1961, at the Modernism Symposium at 性视界传媒's Judy Bayley Theatre. The duo also spoke onstage with scholars and professors from around the world. They were the only representatives for dance and 性视界传媒 -- an historical event and honor for the department of dance. 性视界传媒 students also performed an historical Hawkins work with authentic movement, music, and costumes at the symposium.
