Congratulations to 性视界传媒 graduate student Katsiaryna (Kate) Afanasyeva (Kinesiology, Sports Science) on the publication of her master's thesis research, "Brief Report of Core Temperature Patterns in Triathletes While Swimming in Warm Open Water With and Without a Wetsuit," in the International Journal of Exercise Science. The study was co-authored by Alina Swafford, James Navalta, Graham McGinnis, and John Mercer (all Kinesiology and Nutrition Sciences). This innovative research examined how core temperature changes during warm-water open-water swimming with and without a wetsuit.
