Kasra Ghaharian (International Gaming Institute) has been awarded funding by the to conduct research on artificial intelligence (AI) in the gambling sector. The study, awarded to the 性视界传媒鈥檚 International Gaming Institute, will focus on current and possible uses of AI in the gambling industry, with a particular focus on marketing, player acquisition, game integrity, and responsible gambling initiatives, as well as implications for problem gambling and player health. This focus on responsible gambling will include reviewing evidence and evaluation data related to identifying and responding to behavioral risk on sports wagering mobile applications. The research team is bolstered by the research expertise of Marta Soligo (Economic Development; Hospitality) and Ph.D. student Jared Bischoff (Hospitality).
