Dental pain can be debilitating, forcing dramatic changes in how a person eats, sleeps, learns, works, and interacts with others. Among children, dental pain is one of the most common reasons for absences and declining academic performance.

The Pediatric Dentistry Clinic provides compassionate, comprehensive dental care for infants, children, and adolescents up to age 16, as well as patients with special health care needs. As a teaching clinic, care is delivered by pediatric residents and dental students under the supervision of board-certified pediatric dentists, ensuring evidence-based treatment in a supportive environment.

Our clinic offers a variety of treatments and services including:

  • Dental exams and cleanings
  • Fillings and restorative care
  • Crowns and extractions
  • X-rays
  • Interceptive orthodontics

Our faculty providers and dental residents can also provide emergency and trauma care, and incorporate sedation options.
