University Department Purchaser Responsibilities
University departments should establish tax exemption status before making purchases on behalf of the university by submitting the following forms to suppliers.

Refer any questions from suppliers to Purchasing and Contracts.
Supplier Responsibilities
Suppliers should:
- Sell to the university on a tax-exempt basis in the state of Nevada.
- Follow the instructions on their state sales tax reporting form to report sales exempt from sales tax.
