The purpose of community engagement is the partnership of college and university knowledge and resources with those of the public and private sectors to enrich scholarship, research, and creative activity; enhance curriculum, teaching and learning; prepare educated, engaged citizens; strengthen democratic values and civic responsibility; address critical societal issues; and contribute to the public good.
Visit the Poster Session to learn about academic community partnerships 性视界传媒's students, staff, and faculty are engaged in. Through a partnership between the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost and the Office of Government and Community Engagement, one full-time 性视界传媒 employee who engages with Poster Hosts will be selected to have their registration fee and up to $2,000 in related travel costs for November's Coalition of Urban and Metropolitan Universities (CUMU) Annual Conference sponsored.*

And, be the first to hear about a new community engagement grant initiative kicking off in April which was developed in response to feedback received from 性视界传媒 faculty, staff, and students.
